Been here for about two months. So far it’s been a huge step in my own self improvement. Being a fitness guru I’m always looking into ways to be better. I feel I’ve found the next journey for myself. Being at aegis has been mentally challenging, physically demanding, and always humbling. The staff is top notch. Very personal, kind, and attentive to the small details.

I grew up in the area but have since moved away. Visiting for Christmas I came and visited Aegis Jiu-Jitsu and was blown away. The owner (Professor Dave) was so nice and welcoming and so was everyone else. It was extremely clean and I had such a fun time visiting. As someone who has visited quite a few schools, I will tell you that you are one lucky duck if you live close to this one.

Hands down the most hygienic/cleanly gym I’ve ever stepped into.nnDave and Brian are top notch black belts that are sure to give you inspiration to keep pushing through your training days with an excitement that will rub off on you instantly leaving you with a need to get back on to the mats as soon as possible.nnThanks for everything AEGIS Jiu Jitsu, the best martial arts dojo in town, by far!

Couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere, better training, or better people. Dave, Brian, Chase, and Brett go out of their way to make sure everything is top notch. Can’t recommend Aegis enough.
