Flow is my happy place. AR and Parry, the owners, are so friendly and welcoming every time you enter the doors and all of the instructors are, as well. The studio is a true community and anyone and everyone is welcome. You’re guaranteed a great, HARD workout every time and loud, motivating music to boot. The building is conveniently located right off Broad and there’s always plenty of parking. The studio has a contemporary rustic design and is always clean and comfortable. If you’re considering checking this place out, do it! You won’t regret it.
If you're looking for a fun, welcoming, motivating atmosphere Flow is the place for you! I love that they offer different types of spin classes, including rides that are on & off the bike. It's a great workout no matter what you're looking for. Such a positive place to be, regardless of your fitness level.
If I could rate FLOW with more stars, I would! Without question FLOW is the best spin studio in Richmond. The variety of classes provide full body workouts for all levels. Instructors are highly motivating, helpful and friendly. Great music, great studio, great people. Give it a try if you haven't!
Awesome workout every single time! Different moves in each class making sure that you work every muscle. Great energy and enthusiasm from all the staff pushing you to want to do that little bit more... You'll leave feeling amazing and eager to return!
