The atmosphere is awesome and the people are super friendly. I had the BBBLT (Bacon, bacon, bacon, lettuce and tomato) and boy, was there a lot of bacon. Breakfast ends at 11am so if you're wanting to try any of their amazing things on that side of the menu, hurry up to get your order in because this place is a Virginia favorite. Definitely on my list of places to hit on the east coast. Next up, the Virginian sandwich!
Best sandwiches in the entire county of Powhatan! Atmosphere is great and the woman that runs the register most days is the best, also great owners.
This was my first time eating at Maidens cafe and it was fantastic! I ordered the Virginian (honey ham, cheddar cheese, and apple butter on grilled cinnamon bread). It was cooked to perfection! Ooey gooey cheddar cheese and the cinnamon bread was lightly grilled with the perfect amount of crispness while still being soft. And the apple butter adds the perfect touch. I would highly recommend this cafe and the Virginian sandwich!
The food here is delicious. They have a wide range of sandwiches, wraps, and salads. I've never had breakfast here, but the menu looked great as well.nnThe service is friendly and fast.
Great service and good sized portions. The food was hot and fresh.
