Serwaa is a gem of an employee. She always makes an effort to say hi to my dog and baby. I don’t care how long we have to wait in the drive through as long as we can be greeted by this employee with such a bright and sunny disposition. Give this girl a raise
Would never recommend this DQ location to anyone. Walked in to place an order for ice cream only. There was one other customer in the store at the time. I waited for a minimum of 10 minutes and not once was acknowledged nor saw anyone working the front counter. Someone who worked there’s daughter was there and yelled back “Hey Mom, there are customers backing up out here.” No acknowledgement. A few minutes later an employee went behind the counter and still never acknowledged the customers and then came back out to LOCK THE DOORS with customers still inside. Not only did they not care about the customer orders, they didn’t care about the customer’s safety either as locking the door while customers are inside is a clear fire code violation.
We've only stopped there twice in the past year but both times we encountered some of the most friendly staff you can find. We'll definitely stop again whenever we're out that way and the friendly staff is a big part of it.
Would have been better if the servers in the drive thru were more interested in serving the next customer instead of chatting it up with the buddies.
Originally stopped because my mini wanted ice cream. There was no ice cream because the machine was broken so we got 2 chili dogs what were ok. The store was out of coke so I got root beer. The root beer was flat.
