I went with a friend on a Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was very upbeat, family friendly, and the staff was very friendly. Plenty of outdoor seating, which was nice, but could be very loud at times from the traffic on Broad Street. I had an RB Margarita (AMAZING!) and the Great White pizza which was DELICIOUS! I would definitely recommend Mellow Mushroom for a family outing, lunch/dinner with friends or a casual date night!

The pizza was great! The drinks to go were terrible. I got a Grateful Dead which was just okay (tasted a bit like grape kool-aid). It was at least of normal size. See picture. The other blue mushroom cup is a “pitcher” of margarita. Upon seeing it at pickup someone came over and tried to explain to my why it was so small. They said that it contained three shots of “the liquor” and some mix. Well when I got home I opened the “pitcher” cup and discovered it was chock full of ice along with the meager liquid contents. Needless to say it barely filled up two six ounce cups and tasted like bottled lemon juice. I have no buzz at all after drinking a $20 pitcher of margaritas and a Grateful Dead. Very disappointing and not worth it at all.

Awesomely delicious, reasonably priced and super service! It was our first time eating there and we will recommend MM and will go back to taste more from the menu. (Full disclosure: Both of my children work there.)

I usually give a place a couple bites at the apple before I pan it, and this mellow mushroom has failed it twice. I online ordered ahead both times and have ended up sitting and waiting for my order both times. This evening I pre ordered for 6:30 early in the afternoon. It is now 7:05 and I have been standing around since 6:25. This is ridiculous. There is a serious issue with their process and I do not recommend frequenting this place if you are taking pizza out. The experience dining in I have no idea, but I won't be trying it. If I could give them zero stars I would.
