Great outdoor seating area and great menu ud83dudcaf
Went on a Sunday morning with the family, party of 4. The staff were following the Covid guidelines with masks and wiping down the table and keeping items cleaned and everything was spaced very good.nI ordered the farmhouse skillet hash (I believe that was the name) which was excellent! I wish I remembered the servers name, as she was very good and attentive to our needs. All of our meals were very good. This was a great (and safe) place to enjoy breakfast.
Food was cold. They brought me another waffle but it was just barely warm. I know the weather is cold but a restaurant kitchen should be able to produce hot food and get it to the table very warm. They do give warm syrup. Waitress was very nice and accommodating.
Poor management during busy hours. Wait system is flawed, we arrived and were told 20 minute wait which turned into 60 minutes before we left.nn*UPDATE* First Watch saw my initial review and made great effort to make things better. I appreciate the behind the scenes customer service that was provided for me. After seeing their response, I'll trust that they take customers concerns seriously and take proactive steps to improve their business.
The food and service was awesome. The atmosphere was great as well. Can't wait to go back. My omelette was awesome and my wife loved her french toast
