Way too overcrowded. It’s horrible if you’re a guy looking to lift weights.nnThey have four regular bench presses total. Four. For this many people. And the bench presses are always full. If you try to wait, high school kids will cut you in line.nnWay too much demand and not enough supply of machines.nnCome to this gym if you want to feel like you’re packed in can of tunafish with hundreds of dudes and bros.
Great gym. If you’re interested in group training or personal training, I highly recommend Kiersten. She is professional, truly cares about your goals and is highly motivating.
Great equipment, friendly staff and members! Only gripe is I can never find a jump rope, and the heavy bag is in a weird spot. Nothing major!
I seriously couldn’t believe it. Nobody was wearing masks (including patrons coming into the building) and the staff here have absolutely no intentions of asking people to wear them in between sets or even entering the building. I cannot trust a business that doesn’t care about the health and well-being of their customers/patrons. While I’m sure they do some cleaning in the evening or morning, they certainly don’t care during the day.nnAfter working in the funeral business for now more than 8 years, I’ve never worked in a more stressful and concerning point in time in this area. A shame that for all we know, people have gotten sick from someone here and it could have lead to someone’s death. They’re all about fitness, not about health.
I used to go to one life express off limestone before the pandemic shut them down temporarily. Due to one gym closing, the clients are forced to go into the facility in haymarket doubling up on the amount of people already using the gym. There’s no masks on anyone and the staff doesn’t care. There was a group of teenagers workout on in the stairs, maskless, during peak hours like it was nothing. Hello??? Why isn’t the staff reminding people of guidelines??? The patrons are rude as well. One guy without a mask was standing about a foot away from me and wouldn’t move until I said something. You can argue “just stay home” but if you’re gonna close down one facility, cram eveyone into the other one, overwork the sweet and capable cleaning staff, not have any of the staff try to keep eveyone safe. Then just shut down. You don’t care about your patrons.
