Today I had order a chicken Baja wrap. I was very disappointed because I found a long black hair in my food. The food and smoothies are definitely good! But please, please make sure that this doesn’t happen again.

Hey guys! Foods and smoothies are always great, but the last few sandwiches i've bought (more than 3) have not been cut through all the way.. Its very mundane but very annoying.
Terrible customer service. Have tried to get a refund three times now for a purchase I made online but they were out of a product and could not make the food I requested. The day it happened and I asked for a refund and was told that only a manager could issue refunds and they would make a note to handle it the next day. A week later, still nothing so I called to follow up and the manager had no idea that this was requested. He said he’d look into it. Now, another week later, still no refund, I call again to find out the manager only works 1 day a week with very limited hours. I have no idea how this store is functioning.
