Okay
Would give a higher rating if your employees could wear their mask properly. Literally the face of your store is the drive up window guy and he has his mask down under his nose.
I admire this restaurant very much. It has a happy ambiance. The cuisine is exeptionaly good. the service is dynamic and the waiters are trained. The price is fair. deeply recommend.
Man what a disappointment. Stopped just for 2 fries and some sweet tea. Waited 20 min online and about 10 at the window. First He handed us the teas no straws, Asked for salt it took a few minutes to find that. He forget the rest of our order, 2 fries, had to remind him. But He actually remembered to put ketchup in the bag. Got excited cuz we waited so long for possibly some fresh French fries. They were cold AF and hard. Tasted an hour old :-(. They were only tolerable with the ketchup which was ice cold as well. If I wasn’t in such a rush I would have asked for my money back. Drove home eating cold food and sad :-((((. I’ll never stop here again.
I would suggest just getting drive thru at this location. That in mind, this is a good stop along the 15-29-17 route. The food has always been the decent McDonald's standard, the service is friendly, and the staff is quick. The only drawback is the resulting popularity - depending on when you go, the line is sometimes 10 cars deep.
