Our main breaker failed on our Federal Pacificnpanel leaving us without power. The panel had to be replaced, and was replaced in a timely manner. Second time we have used them. Very satisfied both times. Very professional and fair prices. Highly recommend their services.

Brian came the same day we called. He was friendly and professional, explaining the entire process and reviewing options. We quickly received a detailed quote and once returning it, we were scheduled for service. The crew was prompt, knowledgeable, and as promised completed the entire job in one day. Everyone, including the office staff has been great to work with. Highly reccomend! Will definitely be repeat customers!

Frankly, I can hardly express our extreme satisfaction with the service of our home central air conditioner by Paul of Wortman Mechanical. Throughout the process, from scheduling through actual service, the experience was trouble free and entirely satisfactory. Paul (the expert technician) was on time and entirely respectful of our home and needs. He went immediately to work and performed all necessary tests and service with speed, professionalism, and accuracy. We could not be more pleased!

We contacted Wortman when our HVAC system was in need of replacement. Brian met with us to discuss our needs, and was pleasant and professional. The quote was reasonable, installation was efficient and clean; Brian and Paul were on site to ensure that everything was working properly. Had an issue shortly after and Brian went above and beyond to see to it that our home was properly taken care of. We will always contact Wortman for any future mechanical needs as it is clear that this company cares about it’s customers. Thank you for your professional and excellent service.

I made two appointments to have a quote made for replacing our furnace and A/C. Both times I was given a two hour window which is reasonable. The first time when no one showed up. The window for the appointment had passed by a half hour I called the office and enquired as to where was the person coming and if they are just running late. The lady on the phone told me she had to call Mr. Wortman and would call me back. She called right back and told me due to the weather early that week Mr. Wortman would be unable to keep the appointment. I made a second appointment and that was missed also. I had to call them again and was told there was a emergency call that was going to make the technicain late again. I understand weather effecting workload and emergencies happen. I do not understand no one even making the effort to call me as I waste my time on someone who knows they cannot make the scheduled appointment time. IMO very unproffesional.
