Since the first time we requested help from Culpeper Home Services, we have experienced nothing less than a stellar company. From calling the office to resolving the issue, everyone on the team has been nothing but kind, helpful, and informative. Between the email, phone, and text reminders, their communication is awesome! I have always been able to get speedy and quality service. I know I'm getting truthful information, reasonable prices, and top notch service anytime I call Culpeper Home Services for help. Jason has helped us several times, and he is phenomenal! Always professional, polite, and hardworking, I know I can trust Jason with my home to fix all of my issues. They truly are the best you will find, and I am forever grateful for all of their help! Truly 5 star company all around!

My mother and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Culpeper Home Service. We initially thought our kitchen sink had a clogged drain. Fortunately, Stephen and Mason jumped in quickly to find that our approximately 70 year old galvanized pipes were filled with corrosion. Stephen actually showed us the pipe which we appreciated. They both installed new PVC piping where it was needed. In addition, they installed a new toilet and a new vanity combo. Their workmanship is exceptional. Stephen and Mason were both professional, very thorough, quick to diagnose the problem and respectful of our very crowded home! Stephen kept us informed of the work they were doing. We highly recommend Culpeper Home Service especially Stephen and Mason to take care of your requested plumbing. We will definitely call again for additional work to be done. Thank you Stephen and Mason!!

Top notch service. Customer service was outstanding. The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered any and all questions that I had concerning equipment and service. They even went the extra mile to follow up to ensure all was well. I would recommend Culpeper Home Services to anyone!

Such a great company to work with! Our thermostat stopped working and someone was able to come out the next day! We ended up needing a new HVAC system. They came back a few days later and installed it. Austin and Jonathan were our techs! They were nice and quick! They took the time to show us how to use our new thermostat and kept us informed as they worked! I definitely recommend this company!

We had an emergency this morning. We woke to no water in our house. I contacted Culpeper Home Services first thing in the morning and they were out here by 8:15 am.nnMason and Jonathan were prompt, professional and courteous. We needed a new well pump and within a few hours we had water. I highly recommend this company! I appreciate good customer service from talking to the office staff to the field employees. This company is top notch. Thank you for your help!
