I would go higher but the last few times I've come here they've been out of several different types of ingredients limiting the menu and forcing me to completely change my order or cancel it entirely not to mention I've tried on multiple occasions to order within the app and it says it cannot communicate with the store which also forces me to change my order..I used to come here all the time but lately.. it hasn't been that great an experience..
It was around 10pm. They ran out of chicken which is understandable, because it was a little late, but since it was through DoorDash they couldn’t substitute my order so they had to go out to buy the chicken. I’m not sure how you go out to buy chicken, but still put beef in something I paid extra to have chicken in, but that’s what happened, and that’s why this is a one star review.
Food was good, service was quick, order was prepared correctly.
Sadly, it requires at least one star to write a review... which they don't deserve. I had to repeat my order countless times, which they still screwed up, and handed me an EMPTY CUP... IN THE DRIVE THRU!
Got the new quesolupa and it was horrible. Dry and seemed like it was under a heat lamp for hours.
