Working with the managers has been great. They have all been very kind and helpful. My only negative has been that the rates have constantly gone up at an exponential rate. You must realize that salaries don't do that and this causes great strain.
We had a wonderful experience at this Uhaul location in cape Charles. Firstly - they are friendly and very helpful. I was able to reach them by phone and she helped us rent a trailer when we were in a last minute bind. The process was smooth and efficient with the paperwork. I highly recommended using this location.
We had a fantastic experience with this location. Both Courtney and Heather were absolutely awesome in handling all of our questions (and we had a ton). We were very unsure of what size storage unit we needed and when we needed it to start so these two employees helped us figure out everything and never lost patience, even when we came back a 2nd & yes, a 3rd time. They both deserve employee of the year awards!!!
Great service, Clean facility. This is the second time I am renting from Bay Storage and find them just as good the second time around. Service desk was incredible.
Courtney Wilkins, Store Manager in Cape Charles, was very helpful and friendly. She explained all documents and contract requirements as well as locks etc. I look forward to working with her, which really says it all.
