Nice little beach on the Potomac. Ample parking area and the stairs going down to the beach are sturdy and well maintained. However, the beach itself is quite small even at low tide, so it can get crowded easiily. However, if you go on a weekday or early in the morning, there’s often nobody else there, in which case it’s very quiet and peaceful.
Very nice there is still someplace public to fish. It is small but we caught drum, sea trout & white perch.
