Seems like it was recently remodeled perhaps because it was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was above average and every employee was wonderful and friendly. Location is also really great.
I came here with my daughter. The staff was very nice and gave us some good tips on where to eat. This motel is also located about 4 minutes away from the historic lighthouse. The breakfast is good and they give everyone gloves to serve themselves. The reason for the lower rating is our room wasn't cleaned properly. There was old pizza and beer still in the fridge from a previous guest. There was also a dusty, dirty wad of paper towels near the window, and my daughter found a beer cap under the nightstand. Overall, the stay was ok
Loved it here. Outstanding customer service and very kind staff. Will be recommending to anyone planning to visit Chincoteague Island!
I love how close it is to Assateague. The rooms have always been clean and we've never had reason to complain while staying.
This was my first stay at the BW in Chincoteague Island and if I have to go back up to Wallops for work again, I will definitely stay there. For me, the comfort of the bed is the most important and I can say that the bed was extremely comfortable.
