Nice dealership. Very friendly and welcoming people. If you're interested in performance BMWs, talk to Gordon, a true car guy. Although I'm sure all of the salespeople here are very capable. Don't forget to save a spot for the EV guys!

BMW of Lynchburg service is horrible. Their service manager is the reason. It’s always a hassle when I take the car in for service. When you pay for a luxury car you don’t expect to receive subpar service. I’ve purchased three new vehicles from Berglund Luxury Auto in the last three years. I will never buy from these people again because of this service manager.

I absolutely love this place. Whenever I go in for a service i'm treated like a human and not just a number. I love talking to all the sales staff, Randy my service tech, and Kerry my parts guy. I typically find myself staying an extra 15 minutes because i'm using talking about BMWs to the guys in the shop. I couldn't ask for a better BMW dealership, keep up the good work Berglund!

M5 in for oil change.nNo filter in stock. Put old one back in.nThis was a pre set appointment.nNow checking and looking at the car at home and nothing is screwed back in. Some of the Screws are missing. My husband knows his car like the back of his hand. Like anyone else who has an m5nThis is such poor workmanship and service for a car like this.nThey say they don't see many m5 in their place.nNo wonder.
