If I could I would give zero stars. Took my husband's truck in for an oil change and the contents of the glove compartment was spread all over the seat when we picked it up. Called the manager, no response. Someone owes sylvan explanation and an apology at the minimum. Absolutely unacceptable!
Very friendly front desk lady in service department. Enjoyed talking to her while i waited. I Needed an alignment. There was a 4 wheel drive truck ahead of me. So i thought i would be there a while. But actually they got my car done within an hour. I was happy.
