Sandwich has no cheddar on it crispy chicken sandwich old couldn't hear the Lady at drive thru. Didn't say anything when handed food out
Great food. Excellent staff. We eat here on average 2 days/ week. Never gotten an order wrong. Always fresh & hot.
I ordered 2 of their 3 new sandwiches, they were prepared fresh for me & both were tasty! I'll be back!
Hi, so im leaving this review because this unjustice will not go unnoticed. I was in the dining room eating when a woman walked in and ordered two beef and cheddars and a large curly fry, after receiving her order she went out to her car, ate the food, then came back in demanding a refund because they forgot one of her sandwiches and fries when I SAW HER EAT THEM IN HER CAR! The poor employees had to give her a refund and apologize while she berated them! I don't know what policies you guys have toward scamming, but these types of customers shouldn't be rewarded for their asinine behavior.
We enjoy arby's but ther one in Bedford is sore on service anymore
