The employees are happy and friendly and there doesn't seem to be a lot of turnover. The food is always hot, and so far, they haven't not gotten any of my orders wrong.

Terrible customer service. Bedford needs to get there act together. Wendy’s has terrible service same with Arby’s and Hardee’s. It’s ridiculous.
