Can you please be better staff during the early and afternoon rush hour. We have been wanting at drive through for over 20 minutes. Because you only have one guy working. He thinks is way more important to take out trash than saving customers. 10 other cars have left without service.

I have one problem ... That dont recognize the hard work there employees do. Instead of helping each other they slam one another and Im talking about the supervisor's. I have seen it for myself

This Dunkin' Donuts is okay. I've been going there frequently recently and I've noticed a pattern. The coffee (before the espresso machine stopped working) was somewhat consistent. The majority of their coffee (Macchiato, Latte, Americanos and Cappuccinos) has been spot on, but their food is always different. One day I ordered the 'Stuffed Bagel Minis' and the cream cheese filling was hot (perfectly fine). The other few times, though, was lukewarm or just plain cold. Their bacon is not close to good and their eggs are mediocre. Donuts are still good as ever though.

I have had horrible experience time after time, and once again today my order was made incorrectly and I’ve tried to call 4 times and no one is a answering. The customer service is awful and I’ve wasted so much money on this dunkin location, and it’s so disappointing because I used to love Dunkin.

I have never seen a donut place that never has the donuts you want. Ive given them 3 trys. The 3rd time I got an apology and told she would give me a 25 count of donut holes and the lemon filled free. I just needed to call ahead of time. Sounded great! NO! Its only great if someone answers the phone when you call, which no one does. Now the note has been lost. I'm done with them.
