My sister and I walked in on a Sunday and there was nowhere to sit so we were just going to order and leave. The barista acknowledged our entrance, but took his time with whatever he was doing so we just stood by the register waiting for a long time. The food behind the glass had fuzzy blue mold on it; the kitchen looked disorganized; and the four baristas were moving like snails to make two orders. In the end, we awkwardly left without even placing an order.nnThe drive thru is a bit too fast and I have to ask for things like cup tabs and straws; but the baristas are friendly and the orders are usually correct.
People are nice drinks are good the drive-thru is a disaster.
Staff is always on point! It’s a nice place to relax.
Very delicious customer service could be a little better but normally it is maybe it was an off day but I love Starbucks got Frappuccino and it's amazing‼ufe0f
I only gave a 3 because I asked for half & half plus to packs of sweetener, using the drive through, and as I made my way down the road to my destination across town, when I took my first sip I was disappointed that there was no sweetener in it. Very unusual experience for me at a Starbucks but . . .
