Took my Ford F-150 truck that was purchased from them to get it serviced today. I was told 9 am and took it before work which was about 6:45 am and left key. I was called about 10:30 and ask if it would be ok to put a new air filter on because it was due. I told the person yes. I assumed they were just about to finish the oil change. Never heard anything from them and decided to call them back at 1:00. The person asked me to please hold on and he would check the status. After a few minutes, he told me they were just taking it in. My feelings are if you are told to bring it in at 9 am, the oil change should be completed within 2 hours and not taken in after lunch.

brought my 2014 Ford Escape in for oil change and a few minor issues. All great.nMasks were required and due to Covid regs, no coffee available.nWill return in a few months for another oil change (hope they can have the coffee by then !)

Hands down, best dealer experience I have had. They were very responsive and receptive to negotiating for a used car digitally before I would have made a 4 hour drive to see it. They came back with a no nonsense offer that worked for both of us. We worked out the entire transaction online. To top it all off, they even delivered the vehicle to me for free, which saved me 8+ hours roundtrip! Then they let me test drive and inspect it before ever providing payment or signing any paperwork. Also, I absolutely love the vehicle! It was in excellent condition and has been great to drive so far; they were up front about some extremely minor cosmetic issues. Melissa went out of her way to work with me and Lee and Van were awesome and very pleasant guys to deal with when they delivered the vehicle. All in all, I can't recommend them enough and would happily deal with them again. Give em a try, even if you don't live nearby.

The quick lube is fine, regular service awful. I think they find problems and make it seem awful. Definitely get a second opinion. This isn’t the first time they have done this to me, unfortunately not enough options in the area. This area needs good people to step up. I haven’t seen this kind of nonsense in years.
