We booked putt putt fun center for my son's 10th birthday on August 1st. This was a Saturday. This was the first available weekend to do a party since the pandemic started. The go carts were not available, but the manager kim personally called me two weeks before the party to let me know. This was not a problem for us. We had many people come celebrate from out of town. The experience was phenomenal! Considering nobody really knows how to party during the covid.... Everyone had. Great time!the kids loved bumper boats and Lazer tag. The adults enjoyed some putt putt, and other adults really enjoyed the wide range of arcade games available. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, and kept things professional and covid acceptable. Also, the landscape inside the gold course looks beautiful!the roses look great! I highly recommend this establishment for fun....anytime.

I went to put put during the pandemic and the rides were good, but I saw that the facility was not too clean, didn’t see any people cleaning at all while I was there... After you used the laser tag vest no one cleaned them... I didn’t feel I was in a safe environment.. The games worked well! So that is a plus!! But I just feel that they need to step up there game on cleaning!

Had so much fun at putt putt! However, the course was devoid of any real creativity, most of the greens were very plain and boring. The other putt putt on Timberlake is much better! Still a fun family time though!

Very shady business!! My son had almost $100 left on gift cards that were purchased in Dec. 2019 by myself and his grandparents as Christmas presents. We took him several weeks ago and was told the cards had no value. Apparently their cards, which we were told are not actually “gift cards”, expire after one year. The cards do not state that anywhere, and neither my mother-in-law nor I was told anything about an expiration when we bought them. The manager said she could do nothing about it and told us to call corporate. It was a Saturday and corporate is not open on weekends. We did finally get ahold of someone at the corporate office and they did not offer help in any way. Even with a global pandemic and Putt Putt shutting down for a while and then reopening with only partial activities available, they stood firm to their one year expiration. This is ridiculous, especially since we are only a couple months past the expiration. They should clearly state their terms on the cards and exceptions should be made to extend those terms due to the pandemic. Appalled at Putt Putt’s customer service and deceitful manner of doing business.
