People need to understand taxi drivers are HUMAN too they probably don't want to get sick or take it to their family either. So be patient when calling a taxi and not so selfish it's not the drivers nor the company's fault why you think most places are CLOSED. They are doing the best they CAN.
I've been calling yellow cab for a while now and all it said black mailbox is full good bye like are you kidding me this is the only cab company I really liked and they shut down for good city cab should shutdown instead
Driver never showed up
I call for a cab wait for a hour and a half. And sit there forever. When we call back oh we didn't write your order down and hang up on u and call them back oh it's going to be awhile before we get a cab for you
I'm sitting here for an hour and still no cab service. Called and said that there's no cab on the way for awhile yet. Will call. Answering service needs to change. They need to get some more drivers!
