Best homemade style restaurant. If you are looking for very good authentic soul food this is the place to go. I highly reend their chicken and dumpling available during Sundays as their special and for dessert I highly recommend bread pudding.nnThis restaurant will not disappoint and has a nice balance of quality per price.nn10/10 a must when you visit the eastern shore in VA.
Really doesn't feel fair to rate a restaurant in our current conditions, but I'm pretty comfortable with this one. They had a small group in what I would guess in normal times is their main dining room, while the entry areas seating while not packed was not empty. Staff was courteous and friendly and the food was very flavorful.
This is one of the best restaurants on the Eastern Shore. It is home style cooking at it's best. Everyone is super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend visiting Kendall's. You'll have a delicious dinner fit for a king and queen.
Stopped while traveling through. Pulled pork was very good, service was fantastic. All 4 of us cleaned our plates. Very affordable as well.
Great southern, soul food. Good prices, everything comes breaded and fried. Corn pudding and fried apples are excellent.
