If I could rate Dana Bundick herself, it would be 5 stars. Every time I've dealt with her, she took action and never failed to follow up. However, I do believe that there are people at this office working their own agenda. Fishy things happen ALL THE TIME to some people and others have no problems ever. Hmmmmmmm... I think some of the women working in there are putting their enemies on a hit list.

Since moving here in 2003, I've been there a few times either to pay a tax or straighten out some clerical issue and have never been ill-treated. The people are polite and knowledgeable and try to be helpful. Usually, customers I see in there getting upset are really upset over the fact they have to pay some very undesirable tax & penalties, or, wanted some special treatment getting something straightened out, and weren't getting their way. The people working in that department live around here, and on the shore, people aren't usually rude because there aren't millions of us and most of us know each other or friends or family of each other, so we all try to be kind. But, that's just my experience. You def need to slooow down. Best to write to the Treasurer if you have some problem instead of leaving messages to an overburdened, tight-budget, small number of staff.

I called the tax office with a payment problem. I was (politely) referred to Mrs. Dana Bundrick, who, promptly and courteously, understood my dilemma, and kindly resolved my problem. Thank you.

I have dealt with this office for many years about our vacation property in this county. I am not sure what is going on there but I leave a message and never get a response and if I do get a response they say everything is straightened out, then I get my next years tax bill and it's not straightened out. I have to do it all over again. I now know what a dog feels like chasing his tail.
