Shake Shack

Love shake shack! So glad there is one in Plymouth meeting. Would rather sit and enjoy my meal, but these days take out is my preference. Food stayed pretty hot when i got home, about 10 minutes away. Very busy, wish a little easier to wait but not too bad. Staff was helpful, clean (well it is new), food yummy. Shakes, delicious! Pricey, but worth it.

First time here with my young daughter. Nice indoor / outdoor option. They mixed up our drinks and they gave me a single smoke burger instead of the double that I paid for. My single was healthier so I didn't fuss! Flavorful and delicious,cheese fries was good also. Pink lemonade was an acquired taste too. Will return. Next time I'll use the kiosk to avoid any wait.

The food was excellent. The burgers were nice and juicy- the staff were efficient in how they moved the line along to make sure that everyone got their food in a timely yet safe manner. The General manager came to our neighboring shop and took the time to introduce himself. I love the friendly atmosphere and the staff that work there!

$14 for an iced tea, fries and a burger! The burger was super small.nnI almost slipped and died on the slick floor with no rugs.nnEmployees were running all around the dining room.nnThe lady who took my order was very nice.

So i went last night here for dinner. It was pretty decent. The burger was fabulous. Customer service was ok. The cheese was really hard. Honestly I think that if they do better in both of those categories would definitely leave a 4 to 5 star review. Restaurant definitely has potential.
