First of all, it took 15 minutes for the women on the phone to take down an order of 3 items on 05/21/20 - When going to pick up the order - the order was incorrect - We then let them know it is incorrect and the women at the register proceeded to tell me the person ordered said it was the way they prepared it. Last time I check the customer is correct and you shouldn’t make the customer feel like a nuisance for their mistake! Anyways I let the women know that was not how he ordered it and if they could make it the way we asked. Next time proper training in over the phone order taking is needed - as well as customer service training.nnWill order again BUT hope the service improves.
