This is the most unprofessional business. The owner is very selfish and greedy. She comes off very friendly and sweet at first, but catches an attitude very quickly. She overcharges her customers for basic designs, for very POOR QUALITY work. And the $10 charge for the “special wax coating” is a scam. It does absolutely nothing, your designs will still crack, JUST LIKE MINE DID. I am not bitter, just honest. DO NOT RECOMMEND! If zero stars were a thing, she would receive it. Shops in KOP have better shirt designs, better quality work and prices, and WAY better customer service.

I-Design 3 recently provided a personal item I could not accomplish within my own printing company. A 1-off request, produced with a technique I don't have installed in-house, did not disappoint! The counter-person was also the store owner; Galena could not have been more accommodating! She was wonderfully personable, yet terribly professional. I'm very pleased to have been a customer at this store - a VERY SATISFIED customer! The product was awesome. too! THANKS GALENA!

Very dissatisfied. I ordered 10 shirts for my landscaping business. An hour after ordering, I needed to change a few things so I called back to cancel the order. She said it was no problem as she didn’t have any shirts made. When I first ordered she told me it would take at least 5 days for my order to be completed. I showed up the next day for my refund and there sits 8 shirts still warm from being freshly made. She said “I can’t do anything because they’re already made”. She quickly and purposefully made these shirts so I could not receive a refund. I was now forced to pay for 8 shirts that had the original design that I needed to change. Not only did she ignore my cancellation after agreeing, the shirt brands were different than what we decided on and she decided to change aspects of my design without consulting me. I understand she wants business but went over the line by disrespecting my order cancellation. I will never do business with this company again because all they care about is making money and not the well being of their customers.

Galyna is the absolute sweetest! They’ve done multiple shirts for me and the quality is amazing. Wide variety of garments to choose to from too! (Only needed a T-shirt)n10/10 recommend.
