I’m sure what happened to me is a result of their new location. BSB is delicious and I will order again. Ordered from the website and picked delivery. 20 mins past the delivery time I still hadn’t received a second email saying when my food will arrive. Called Gibsonia many times and I only got an automated message. The automated message wasn’t even the same phone number I was calling. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.nn*EDIT* - after posting this I was immediately contacted by BSB. There was a situation out of their control and their systems went down. I was refunded my money. Thank you for your customer service. Will be a future customer

Great place for wing takeout. Good food and friendly staff.
