Great food, but remember it's a sit-down restaurant and priced accordingly.

Cant get amazing food like this anywhere in southbridge! New owners of the building are definitely an UPGRADE. Live music and Tasty drinks. Food arrived in a timely manner. you wont regret it, food touches your soul.nYou don't need to flag your server down, i think those comments are just haters. A lot of the negative comments are just envious previous employers still mad they were kicked out for a better replacement.nSee for yourself! the place is AMAZING !

Food was great and authentic, made just like my Cuban grandmother made it. Staff was friendly, live music was great, and the atmosphere was very nice. Unfortunately, wait time was very long. Food is prepared from scratch per order which is great, but wait staff were slow to bring drinks, desert, and even the check. We spent 4 hours in the restaurant and if it weren't for the live music entertainment and excellent food, i would have given fewer stars.

Great food but it literally took 2 hours to get it. If it wasn't for the delicious appetizers and great music, we would've left.nIf they ever get their kitchen in order, this place could be amazing.

My review regarding the restaurant is as follows.Good initiative to open a Hispanic place with typical Puerto Rican meal to which there is a high volume residing in southbridge, MA to which people do not have to travel elsewhere outside the town. I travel all over the USA for my work and visit different restaurants if possible find something typical of PR better. I give it 2 star for these simple reasons, the place has nowhere outside the name of the restaurant labeled indicating its location, I have to call a relative to tell me if I was in the right place since I went around several times until I was sure and upon entering I had to ask again. They do not have a menu to go just to premises,and the person who attended to me explained that the way they do is to call and will give the menu thru the phone. They charge $2.00 for used the debit or credit card because the system the used. When I asked how long it would take to be ready the food would tell me 20-25 minute sinces they had a 1 table of people and the orders outside, imagine if the place was full at capacity for how long will have to wait.That caught my attention to be a place recent open. In my experience visiting several restaurants and my opinion the food is good,but the price based on the town where this is somewhat expensive compared to other towns and cities and if you do not know the area due to lack of sign you do not find it if you want to bring a tourist. The lack of menu to go and how do they have to call by phone and say the menu. How much time will they lose in taking orders by phone,if only one person attending both orders by phone and inside of the premises? No one will wait more that 10-15 to be served. Also they charge$5.00 per delivery when other restaurants near charge$3.00 and the top tips.Due the math how much will cost the food in total on the go or pick up?
