I called first thing in the morning to make sure my prescription would be filled by 3 and ready for pick up. Waited 45 minutes in line to be told it wasn’t even processed. Either stop accepting new accounts or hire. I shouldn’t have to wait this long if I called 7 hours prior!

Called the CVS pharmacy in Southbridge and spoke to Jennifer who was quite rude and had an obvious attitude throughout our entire conversation. I’m a non confrontational and respectful person and I was just simply asking for help with my prescription. You could tell she was very annoyed and put my on hold. I ended up speaking to Ryan who I believe was the pharmacist and he was extremely kind and willing to help. Thank you Ryan.nnPS Get rid of Jennifer.
