Supposedly they're going out of business so they are making a big deal about how they are slashing prices and everything must go! In truth, they are taking 40% off RETAIL which is what you would EXPECT to pay. There are no real deals to be had here and all sales are final. Well, unless you want a 6ft female mannequin on a stand for $125.00. That seemed like a deal ud83dude00
Well it's a real shame the j c penny is closing over corporate greed. The hair salon is great but small town america doesn't need a store for every income bracket just the rich. The working class america is no longer important enough .

J C Penny is one of the best department stores around. They carry ALL sizes, from the very small to very large. This gives me a one stop shopping for my entire family. Can't go wrong.
It has been renovated and it is interesting compared to the last set up. Easy to find new merchandise.
