Great mechanical service and customer service was top notch. I had brought my car to a dealership, they said $1900.00 to fix check engine light issue, Plains looked at it, found a loose wire, that was giving a false reading. They didn't even charge me for the service

I absolutely love Plains and will not bring my vehicles anywhere else. I have been using them for over 8 years now without fail. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them as well as having repair work completed on other vehicles of mine. They are always very thoughtful and upfront and always looking to help you out.nnThe negative reviews in this chain are laughable at best. The character and integrity of the shop is very hard to find in the corporate, profit driven world we live in today.
