This always busy place is centrally located in Bellingham Square, Chelsea. The food is Latino but am not sure is Latino Caribbean like Puerto Rican/Dominican or Central American. They serve chicharron/fried pork like Caribbean Latino food, fish, fried chicken wings and fries, sopa de gallina. They also carry burritos, and some Latino pastries. Coffee and juices and sodas also offered. The only downside is this is a CASH ONLY establishment. Hence, the 4 star rating.
