CountrySide Customs, Ben, took great care of my car after my accident and made it look brand new. He kept me updated along the way and answered any questions that I had. I have been using Countryside Customs since they opened and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work they do. Ben and his crew are dedicated to doing their job very well while providing fantastic customer support and great pricing to boot. I had been referred to Ben a few years ago to have some work done on my car, and I am so glad I kept his number in my phone! I reached out and he was extremely responsive, easy to get in touch with, and most importantly, professional and kind. I have always hated having anything done to my car for the sheer fact that I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I've always felt very intimidated by mechanics, and you can tell the way they answer the phone how they are going to treat you. Needless to say, I will continue to use Countryside Customs (and drive over 45 minutes to do so), just because I know I am treated well there. I will need something else replaced on my car in the near future and I already know I'll be going back to Ben.nnBen explains what he is doing in a way that makes sense to the average person. He doesn't expect you to know everything he knows about cars, which is how I often feel when I visit a mechanic. He takes pictures as he goes and keeps you posted on what they'll do next. He also explains several options to get the most for your money, but still without cutting corners. He understands the financial burden a car repair can put on a person, and he tries his hardest to make it fair for you while still being able to run a business. He even called me on my drive home to apologize for not resetting my clock back for me (which was truly no big deal). I would recommend Countryside Customs to all of my friends and family!

From the first phone call to when I picked my car up Ben was extremely helpful! He did an amazing job painting my front bumper and matching it with the rest of my car which is pearl white and not an easy color to match. He was very accommodating, especially knowing I have a newborn and even met me a little prior to the shop opening. Throughout the process he explained to me all of my options on fixing my car and helped me navigate what would suit me best, look wise and financially. He was also quick at working on my car and making sure I would be without it for the least amount of time. If I ever need body work on my car I would 100% call Ben!

I highly recommend this shop. Great work top notch quality, great professionalism, detail oriented. Great experience all around and went above and beyond to return my vehicle clean.
