They did messed up my order with the pepper jumbo shrimp a long time ago. The guy on the phone was rude. I started to order again this time and the lady made the order right for me and seemed to be nice. I give them 3 stars just to give this place another chance. Also it was not the wrong order from last time I was upset it was more with how the guy treated me. I am a customer, I bring money to your business so don't treat me like an employee where u can yell and rudely hung up the phone without fixing the correct order.

My name Is Vincent no hiding, I've always gone there and been blown away, until today, when I ordered ginger lobster I've eaten ginger lobster from every place that sells it and I've always gotten twin lobster and they all looked the same way, until today I ordered ginger lobster from Chinese dragon and they charged me $30 dollars for a single lobster and if that wasn't bad enough it was in a bowl water like if it was a lobster soup not happy or satisfied with my meal, next time I'll go with my gut and get twin ginger lobster from green tea for $33.95

Horrible, called to make an order for delivery. Someone picked up the phone, said something indistinguishable, and dropped it! Kept saying Helloooo, was on the phone over 2 minutes. Figured an accident, hung up and called back, finally a person! No hello, just you hang up again honey you lose your place in line!! Hmmm horrible customer service hung up and called Cantonese diner, awesome customer service and food at the other restaurant! Not the first time treated disrespectfully by them! Definitely will be the last though! Now for Angies list for reviews and Yelp! It’s good to check these sites first!

Spent 74 bucks on food and they lied saying it was delivered. Such bad service. There chicken taste it a amazon package too.

Best Chinese food in East Boston. Every time I order food from them, it’s been late in the evening, and they still make it fresh every time. The egg rolls are still my favorite that I’ve ever had compared anywhere else!
