They're wonderful, everything about them is great, but they need to update their website, app, and associated technology. I love their manager Lila in particular she is wonderful!! :-)

They claim to be a customer friendly bank. They are only friendly when they are taking your money. They charge for every little thing. Its almost impossible to do a wire transfer. The online service is one of the worst possible and must have been designed 15 years ago.nI am so disappointed for the lack of concern for long term customer and I cant wait to be away from First Priority Credit Union.

Hometown Treatment in the City! First Priority Credit Union provides excellent one-on-one service and makes you feel like you are their most important customer. Anytime I go to the branch they always have a warm smile and provide me with friendly, courteous and professional treatment. I love the fact that you can get on and off of Route 1 in Boston to visit the branch. When it comes to banking I would not consider going anyplace else.
