Molly provided amazing customer service when I was shopping at your Derby street location. She took her time and help me with all of my needs and had a smile on her the entire time. Your company should value her service and it is employees like this that will help you grow your brand.
Would be 5 stars if the staff was a little more agreeable and a little less patronizing. Also, if the process could be just a hair lower. Otherwise, the clothing is very high quality. The Swedish moccasins are an amazing product, especially for those of you who are looking for a minimalist shoe for your young ones. They're surprisingly durable. My kids ruin every shoe, except for their Hannah Swedish moccasins. Also, the pajamas are awesome: super soft and very cute.
No complaints about the food but one of the ladies who work there was rather rude about making a substitution which made me less likely to return although it is conveniently located for my lunch break at work
Their very good Outlet prices are spectacular during sales.
