Excellent!!! I don't have enough words to say how great and mind-blowing restaurants this is. It's one of the best food experience I had. It's like food from heaven. And the customer service, I have been offered the best service in a fast food restaurants. The team work is so great and every one was so polite and appreciated. keep up the great work. I appreciate the great service and the heavenly food this restaurant offer. Hats off.

We had delicious burrito bowls here. I especially appreciate the way they cooked (maybe just heated, not sure?) my steak to order. It made a big difference in both taste and texture.

They are incredible when I mean incredible I mean out of the world!! Starting from food to cleanses I give them a 10/10 the staff is super kind and make you feel welcomed. The food was amazing I had a nacho the works and it was amazing and for dessert you just have to try the fried Oreos you won’t regret it. Give them a try you’ll love them!! Thank you Bubbakoo’s for opening in Louisville we love you guys!!!

At the time of writing, this place just opened about a week ago. They're still working out the kinks, but I ordered my food online and it was ready at time of pick up. The staff was super friendly and helpful despite being a bit overwhelmed, and when I got the food it was great! The portions for the bowls are huge & I didn't mind the price (think chipotle). I was really happy to see a restaurant I'd never heard of before open in this area, & it was a pleasant surprise. This place has definitely made it into the regular take-out rotation.

The food was decent, besides the deep fried Oreos...those were soggy. Ordered online with a pickup time of 5:41 and to pick up at the “Order Ahead” shelf. Got there at 5:45 and they didn’t even start my order until 5:55. The cashier asked me to give them a minute to make my order but didn’t notify me when it was done...they just put it on the shelf. If the service was better, I would have gave more stars.
