Pig Candy BBQ

Best barbecue joint in Cincinnati in my opinion! My husband and I shared the sampler and got the pork, chopped beef, and turkey. They were all so great and flavorful, it was hard to pick a favorite! We tried three sauces as well - the gold, the red, and the white. They were all fantastic. I bought a bottle of the red and white, and can't wait to try the fire! After we left, I immediately told my friends and coworkers about this place. Can't wait to go back!

Recently visited Pig Candy with my family, and I can honestly say I was impressed. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The menu is not that of a typical BBQ restaurant and offers GF and vegan options. Their Pig Candy waffle was delicious! My brother had a pulled pork sand-which and my sister-in-law got BBQ tacos with pulled pork, and they both left very happy! We can't wait for our next visit!!

Have been here once and can’t wait to return. My meal was delicious and now want to try more of the Pig Candy menu. The inside of the restaurant and the covered deck are well executed - spacious, crisp, relaxed, and inviting. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Pig Candy has numerous delicious, gluten-free options too. I don’t know the owner or any of the employees, but I hope to return often enough to change that.

Had lunch here today, and I hope it was just a bad day for them. The place is very nice, outside deck is awesome, the food, not so much! I had the brisket sandwich , which was mostly fat, I said something about it to one of the staff, he said do you have the brisket, I said yes, and his answer was oh, sorry, not would you like something else or anything. My wife had the turkey sandwich, and it had grizzle in the middle, the red sauce tasted like ketchup, and the sides of beans, and cauliflower sweet potato mash, left a lot to be desired!! Will never go back, I wish them well, but they truly need to step up their game!!

Great restaurant layout with plenty of outdoor seating and friendly staff. The food is absolutely delicious, it was like an explosion of flavor in my mouth after taking the first bite. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Reasonably priced too compared to similar restaurants.
