Oh my goodness where do I start? If I could give zero stars I would. I went to drop off my taxes on Friday April 24th with Tom Hussey at the Plaistow office. He was busy finishing up with a previous customer and told me he would work on my taxes on Monday, the 27th of April 2020. The weekend passed, then Monday, I went in since I needed Tom to make a few copies of my W2s for my unemployment benefits. He gave me the copies then told me my taxes would be ready by Tuesday the 28th of April. Tuesday came and went. Wednesday came and went. Since I did not hear from Tom, I decided to call in the office around noon time on Thursday, April 30th. I spoke with Judy, that's when she dropped a bombshell on me: Tom has not even started with ny taxes yet. I was devastated. I was NOT IMPORTANT enough to him. I have been a loyal customer of H&R Block for the last 10 years in a row. 10 years. I am still not important enough. WOW! I will be doing my taxes elsewhere for sure and will tell all of my 5,000 facebook friends how horrible H&R block is and to all my 258k Instagram followers. I will be making a YouTube video as well.nnSincerely,nnA very angry customer who will NEVER do business with H&R block,nnJoyce Lafortune
