I was referred to Evan through family members who are also lawyers and I’m so glad I did. I was in an ugly battle to establish Paternity and custody rights against an ex who was using my child to extort and manipulate me. Evan was able to immediately get the 50/50 custody I wanted and my paternity established within a couple weeks. Then when the ex filed a protective order on behalf of my child to interrupt my custody, Evan was able to dissolve the protective order within 48 hours and my child was returned that very same day. If you’re dealing with a malicious and/or crazy ex who uses children as a tool to hurt you, Evan Barrickman is your only option. Do not settle for anything less than the best when it comes to your children! Thank you Evan!

Mr. Barrickman was worth every cent. He was fast and precise with everything involved in the case. Very professional and easy to work with. Very upfront in telling what and what not to expect. Recommend to anyone needing an attorney.

When I first consulted with Evan he made no promises to me and given the awkward procedural issues in my custody case I dont blame him he did however say he would work as hard as he could to get me what i wanted and he did just that. I normally never write reviews but as a young father looking for an attorney I relied solely on reviews of attorneys. Evan is a straight shooter and brutally honest which is what I prefer, Hes personable and just an all around great dude. Evan is worth every penny he charges if not more. I can't say thank you enough.

Evan is a true professional. He doesn't rely on a team of paralegals to do his work (like some other folks in town). He works hard to get the job done. He will explain all your options and fully support you in every way. Evan sets the bar for others to emulate. I highly recommend Evan!!
