Very poor customer service! I had to call three days in a row to finally be emailed paperwork to show consent to withdraw after Judge Miller ruled on my case. Between last week and this week, I’ve called three times to ask for a status on a check for the balance of my retainer. Each time I’ve been told the message would be relayed and I would get a call back which doesn’t happen.

We hired Blake and his team about 2 years ago and they were amazing. Samantha Fleming and Holly Smith make an amazing team. The amount of professionalism, organization, care, and involvement we received from them were out of this world. They were always quick to answer any questions we had and were always more than willing to help with situations we were unfamiliar with. They listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed. They always provided us with helpful advice and made us feel as comfortable as possible throughout our process. If we could put more stars than just 5, we would. 10/10 we will definitely recommend using to others and we would personally use again if needed. We are extremely grateful for them and all of their hard work.

Blake took on my divorce case: he did everything he could but unfortunately the odds were stacked against me. We both knew this going in. He worked hard and represented me well. My case was very long and drawn out. He was honest enough with me when I decided to represent myself. He respected my decision and guided me through my case . In other words he won’t take advantage of anyone, tells it like it is and he’s not greedy.. He’s an amazing lawyer and overall a good person. I still maintain contact with him to this day.

Blake and his team are top notch. They guided me though a troubling time. They kept me informed and involved during each step of the process. All of my questions and concerns were addressed timely and Blake brought reassurance and calm to turmoil. I would highly recommend Blake and his firm to anyone out there. While Blake and his team are physically located in Anchorage, they represented me well from a far, his confidence in our case never failed. He lead us to victory. Thanks Blake!
