We had a very bad experience here. The coach yelled at my 3 year old twins because they were nervous about swim lessons. Not an appropriate way to handle scared children. Went else where and had a great experience.
good facility. the customer service is mostly good 95% of the time. good teacher.
The owner of this place Tina Marie is absolutely rude, my 5 year old daughter and 8 year old son left swimming crying after she wouldn't allow them to participate for being 1 min late. The place smells like mold it's disgusting, you will smell it on your clothes for weeks even after washing them.
Warm Pool, great teacher. We Love It!!!
