Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. After repeating myself numerous times a simple order i watched the front counter person turn the fish burger completely sideways so all the juice ran over the bag and then the same with the 2nd burger same thing. upon getting home my order was totally wrong. I called up, a customer of 20 years and i was told it was not their fault that I didn't check my food to make sure my simple order of a plain burger was plain even though the order was not written down correctly in the 1st place. The manager was condescending and rude saying have a nice day after telling a customer its their fault the food they ordered was wrong and to not blame them does not make everything ok. Sadly after 20 years we will never go there again ... bad service

Honest little burger shop with fanatic onion rings and good prices. Remember to bring cash though!
Great people and food! But I called 4 times and no answer and had to call Palmer and took 1 hour
Called in so are food was wanting, just bagging it up when I got there. Everything cooked perfect, love the toasted bun's.
