The service here is always good and the employees are friendly BUT the wait time is usually awful. No less than 20 min wait time on a regular basis. If you’re in a rush and need quick service it probably won’t happen.

I am always treated so good any time I come here- no matter what it’s for. Their app is so easy to use and their hours are really convenient. Scott and Brandon were so helpful when I was purchasing my vehicle. They both went above and beyond to make me understand the process all the way through and made sure I felt good about what I was signing up for. I would hands down recommend them to anyone applying for any kind of loan and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
Love the Wasilla branch the manager and tellers are exceptional. They need a drive through they are always packed a drive through would be so nice and would increase the star rating to 5 star. they have out grown that little nook they are crammed into
When I go into the branch in Wasilla, I get good service. When I send a secure message, it takes 3-10 days to get a response that is seeking more information. When I call, I'm in the wait cue up to (and often over 30 minutes. Thats IF the customer service people even answer the phone! Customer service didn't used to be this bad, until NuVision bought Denali Alaskan. Now they are turning into another Wells-Fargo. Looking at other LOCAL credit unions now....
