Shae always gives me the exact hairstyle I want and I get so many compliments when people see the purple color she did — I’m constantly being asked who does my hair.nShe really listens and even gave honest feedback when I was considering really short bangs (not the best for my face shape.)nShe also does a great job of being professional and welcoming so you feel at ease when you’re sitting in that super comfy chair.nWould HIGHLY recommend!!!
All you need to know is that I have never left Shae's chair and gone home to cry about my hair. She always nails exactly what I ask for. She is a total perfectionist and always takes her time to get it just right. Shae keeps my blonde icy and my long bob perfectly on point. She's also an absolute pleasure to chat with during my appointment. Her prices are very reasonable.
If I could give Shae fifty stars I would! Best stylist in Bellingham, no competition. Shae also has such an awesome vibe where you feel super relaxed and comfortable the whole time and I usually leave every appointment with a sore face from laughing and smiling so hard. Also one of those rare gem hairdressers that does the exact thing you ask for, and will check to make sure you’re getting what you actually want and will advise if maybe there’s something else that might suit you better. Also, people quite regularly stop me to tell me my hair looks awesome (it’s all Shae). Can’t see myself ever going to anyone else! Thank you!
I walked into Shae’s salon with a mop of weathered hair with no sense of direction and hopelessly lost. Coming out of a brutal winter, I needed to revamp my look. I sat her chair and said “can you give me some 70’s Cali skate chick vibes?” And she responded with “say no more” and went to work. I walked out of her salon feeeeeeling myself. I couldn’t help but slo-mo hair flip for every human in my town. The local coop wasn’t ready for it. I had these golden waves with layers that perfectly flipped around my face. I’m no lip gloss gurl but you know I started in on the gloss that day. I know when I sit in her chair, I’m going to walk out a new woman ready to boss up and get after it. You ready for it?
