Helpful staff
Great customer service and products. Staff came out and measured my shower for free where other local companies wanted to charge for this service. Love my glass shower doors! Good work!
I had three large double-paned windows in my living room that needed to be replaced. DK Boos sent their estimate quickly (another company took 10 days!), and once I approved the job, they received the new glass and replaced it within the week. They estimated that it could take up to 10 days to get the glass -- I like companies that promise less and overdeliver. These guys were great, the windows came very quickly, and the new windows look wonderful.
Had several companies out to give us bids for whole house window replacements. We chose DK Boos for several reasons. Their quote was comparable to a couple of the other bids we got. The product lines and warranties were also similar. What the deciding factors for us were 1) the companies time in business, 2) the reviews I read 3) the nail fin install that they did is what I wanted 4) Jeff, their sales/measure person was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and lastly 5) they were able to handle replacing some rotted wood siding, sill plating and trim. I just called to ask about having a custom cut glass put into a bathroom mirror, but because I asked how late they were open this woman Shannon kept hanging up on me. VERY professional Shannon (absolutely not).
