Kim and her husband were exceptionally honest, friendly, and compassionate while helping us find a used car. They were willing to work within our budget and on our schedule. The car we ended up choosing has under 180k miles and drives well. The entire process only took about two hours from the time we showed up and took a test drive until we returned and discussed the cost.
